FIT GUARANTEE

Every Amy Mac piece comes with a fit guarantee! Shopping can be hard when you can't try things on, so we try our best to provide you with sizing info and recommendations to help you find you best fit in each product description and try-on video. However, if a piece doesn't fit, it doesn't belong in your closet no matter how cute it is!

As soon as you receive your package, be sure to try on your clothes or shoes to make sure they fit. Be careful not to get anything on them like makeup, deodorant, or pet hair. Be sure try on shoes in a carpeted room to avoid dirtying the bottoms. You don't want to void the fit guarantee. 

You can return UNWORN, UNWASHED items within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or account credit (your choice).

RETURN CRITERIA

Clothing & shoes must be free of:

  • Make-up
  • Deodorant
  • Perfume
  • Fabreze
  • Smoke-smell
  • Hair or pet hair
  • Any other marks, stains or odors

If you have worn (other than trying on) or washed an item, it is no longer covered in our return policy.

If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost.

EASY RETURNS

If your item meets all criteria above simply:

  1. Fill out the return form below and specify if you want a refund or credit. Note: if you are sending multiple returns in one package, you only need to fill out the form once.
  2. Place item(s) back in original poly-mailer bag.
  3. Cover the existing label, so it doesn't ship back to you.
  4. Ship to the address below.

Use PirateShip.com to get better rates on shipping than purchasing from the post office. You can reuse the shipping bag that we sent the item in, just make sure and cover up the previous label or it will get sent back to you.

ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please send an email to amymacstyle@gmail.com with photos, instead of returning the item. We can determine what next steps are once we receive the photos.

If you have worn (other than trying on) or washed an item, it is no longer covered in our return policy. If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost.
